Mrs. Eva Lou Splawn, 65, of 921 Seventh Place SW who died Tuesday, was a native of Bibb County and had lived in Birmingham 25 years. She was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. Funeral will be at 2 pm Thursday at Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood. Survivors include her husband, Hoye Splawn; a daughter, Mrs. Carol Hill, Hartselle; two sons, Dale and Dalton Splawn, both of Birmingham, two brothers, Teamon McCulley, Montevallo, J. C. McCulley, Lipscomb, and three sisters, Mrs. Vidie Buck, Abernant,Mrs. Vashti Reid, Anniston, and Mrs. Zenoba Lucas, Birmingham.
