She is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.135 Rufus died 07- 5-1946,[136] and is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.[137] This death date may be wrong. There is a document in loose probate records dated 7 Feb 1947 where his daughter says he is age 76 on 3rd day of June 1946, is a man of unsound mind, has no minor children, and has a farm consisting of 43 1/2 acres.

The 1910 Alabama Blount County census says they have been married 12 years, they had 4 children, and all 4 of them are still living. Ora Ann was born 06-15-1877 in Alabama,[147] the daughter of Simon Peter Prince and Susan Elvina McCauley. She died 06- 6-1965,[148] and is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.[149] Jim died 04-30-1962,[150] and is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.137
68. v Claude Lavert Vaughn was born 07-26-1879 in Jefferson County, Alabama.[151] He married 11-13-1896, in Blount County, Alabama,125 to Martha Elizabeth Hall, called Mattie. She was born 09-21-1873 in Alabama,[152] the daughter of James Pleasant Hall and Narcissis Abel. Mattie died 03-22-1957 in Alabama,137 and is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.137 Claude died 09-11-1962 in Alabama,[153] and is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.137 His family went to Texas in a wagon train when he was 16, so about 1895/96. He was married in Nov 1896 in Blount County, Alabama, so they were back by then. However, marriage licence says both were "of age" so he had to be 21 by 1896, so some fact is obviously wrong.
69. vi Absolom Lafayette Vaughn was known as Fate, was born 06-12-1882 in Alabama.[154] He married first on 10-12-1909, in Blount County, Alabama,[155] to Mary Arminta Beason, known as Minnie. She was born 08-31-1875, St. Clair County, Alabama,[156] the daughter of Lafayette James Beason and Laura Arminta Prince. Minnie died 11-22-1947,137 and is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.137 Next he married a lady by the name of Johnnie, but her last name is unknown at this time. Absolom died 10- 5-1966,137 and is buried at Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, County Line, Blount, Alabama.137 Fate had no children.[157]
34. Ira Powers Gillespie (7.William2, 1.Abraham1) was born 11-25-1852 in Alabama.[158] He married on 07-12-1877, in Jefferson County, Alabama,[159] to Unice Cornelia Faucett. The 1900 census says they have been married 22 years, they had 7 children, but only 6 are still living. Unice was born 08-19-1860 in Jefferson County, Alabama,[160] the daughter of William Richard Faucett and Mary G. Smith. She died 01-25-1932, at her residence at 1010 34th Ave North, Birmingham Alabama,[161] and is buried at Trafford Cemetery, Alabama.161 Ira died 03- 6-1925,[162] and is also buried at Trafford Cemetery, Alabama.[163] He purchased land with patent #5171 on 5-17-1890. It consisted of 120 acres in Blount or Jefferson County, Alabama described as Section 24 Township 14 South Range 2 West NENW & N1/2NE.

She was born 06-16-1900,[179] and was the daughter of Robert Clifton Curd and Lucy Anne Box.
