MR. EMRIS O. (TAVE) EDGE, age 71 of Ragland died Wednesday, January 3, 1979. Survived by two sons, Jerry Edge of McCalla, AL and John E. Edge of Hokes Bluff, AL. 3 daughters, Mrs. Betty Payne, Ragland, AL, Mrs. Mae Belle Smith, Birmingham, and Mrs. Mary Jo Conway, Abington, Penn. 22 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 1 brother, Rev. Mark Edge of Ragland, AL. Funeral services were held Friday January 5 from the Pope's Chapel Church, interment adjoining cemetery. Rev. Douglas Ford officiating, Kilgroe directing.
