I bought the book "A Host of Huffstutlers and Huffstetlers, Huffsticklers, Huffstedlers" by Faryl I. Fleming back in 2000. It's about the size of a large encyclopedia, and apparently has virtually every Huffstutler family in the USA listed. My Blount Co AL Huffstutlers are listed, also the Lampasas TX ones, Mo., TN, just from all over, and it goes back to Germany and Switzerland in the 1700's. Has a lot of family stories, wills, etc. It's a great book just to sit and read the stories - on the Blount Co, AL line, it lists my ggg-grandfather Henry Huffstutler who married Delilah Skelton, lists 8 of their children, but not my gg-grandfather b.1853, John Oliver Huffstutler or his younger brother Joseph. So it has lots of old names, some newer ones. The museum at Blount Co. AL copied the Blount Co section for their surname files. I ordered the book from Michael L. Huffstutler, P. O. Box 7676, Redlands, CA 92375, but have no idea if this is still a good address.
He was also given permission to do an update to the book, adding many more family lines. I have a computer printout of it, but not the actual new book.
