H. A. Gillespie adm of estate of Saul Jones deceased, who was adm of the estate of Elizabeth Hix deceased.
Final settlement, 10th day of Dec 1870 set for examining/auditing account.
Ellen Jones a minor, it is ordered that Reuben Ellis be hereby appointed guardian to represent said minor.
Elizabeth Hicks deceased left as her heirs and distributees the following persons, to wit:
Eliza A. Jones, William A. Hicks, Lucinda C Grubbs, James M. Hix, E. A. Smith, M. A. Dutton, Feriba L. Hix, Benjamin F. Hix, M T. Hix, Joseph H. Hix, and Mary E. Hix and Ellen Jones.
