496 - Dorman, David & Mabel
498 - sworn statement of Mrs. Mabel Dorman, resident of Newhaven county of Newhaven, Connecticut...aged 70 years....wants pension, is widow of Dafvid Dorman who was a private in the Connecticut line, served 2 years, 7 months from 20th May 1777 till 1 January 1780....married to the said David at New Haven by Revd Mr. Whittlessy on 1st day of January 1786, husband died 9 May 1821 aged 63 years, she has remained his widow, was not married to him prior to his leaving the service, but the marriage too place previous to the fist of January 1794, has her signature.
504 - letter - appears that David Dorman enlisted May 20, 1777 and served in Captain Jonas Prentice’s Company, Colonel Return J. Meigs’ Connecticut Regiment, and deserted February 24, 1780, widows claim was not allowed.  . . .  A son is referred to and a daughter Mabel who married Henry Ward, both residents of said New Haven in 1839 and aged 39 and 42 years respectively.

593 - Dorman, Ludwig, Penn.
598 - served 2 months in Captain Snevely’s company, Colonel Curtis Grubb’s Regiment of Pennsylvania Militia, and was in the Flying Camp in Captain Oldenbruck’s Company...lists many more companies.

611 - Dorman, Timothy & Deborah, Mass., Mass Sea Service
616 - no date on page, but comment we believe him to be 74 years of age
619 - 21 Aug 1838 appeared Deborah Dorman a resident of Boxford in the county of ?? aged 77 years....is the widow of Timothy Dorman...he was placed on pension roll of the Massachusetts Agency on June 15, 1833....she was married to the said Timotny Dorman on the 22 Jan 1782, Timothy dorman died in the year 1835, she has not since been married  [signed] Deborah Dorman
620 - daughter Deby born may 18, 1782

July 11 1787 we had another son borne and it lived about five hours and then died ans was buried the next day
