School Photograph, c. 1904, Inman School, Fayette County, GA, Teacher--Mr. Culpepper

The Fayette County Historical Society 1999 calendar highlights pictures of early Fayette County GA schools. For the month of May, a picture appears of the Inman School and some of our local young people. This photograph belonged to Lula McLucas Banks and was eventually given to S. J. Overstreet who in turn shared it with the Historical Society. You can secure a calendar (if still available) from the Fayette County Historical Society for $7 which will include postage. Order snail-mail from Fayette County Historical Society, P. O. Box 421, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
