As many of you know, I have several food allergies that prevent me from eating food that normal people eat. Wheat / gluten, dairy, and soy products create severe medical issues in me, to the point they have been totally eliminated from my diet. I have been on a long journey to find or create recipes that are tasty, and can be served to anyone. Sometimes, the food I take to events is the only food that is safe for me to eat.
In this section, I will pass along some of the recipes that work for me, and some tips for finding certain products.
