Ragland. With regret we chronicle the death of Mrs. Henry Campbell, which occurred Saturday morning at the home of her son-in-law, Joe Wood. The funeral services were held at the M. E. Church Sunday afternoon and the remains were interred in the Ragland Cemetery. "Grandma Campbell" as she was affectionately designated by those who knew her, had lived to the ripe old age of 102 years. Her husband who died about two years ago was 105 years of age at his death.

News has just reached here of the death of Joseph Calvert, a good old citizen who resided in Calvert's beat, on Route 3, Warrior.  His death occurred on July 12.  The deceased was 79 years old and he had been in declining health for some time.  He belonged to a well known family and is survived by a large number of relatives and friends.

ALBERT NELSON BUNT
PELL CITY - Funeral service for Albert Nelson Bunt, 62, will be Thursday, Sept. 30, at 2 p.m. at Usrey Funeral Home chapel in Pell City with the Rev. Doug Ford officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Baptist Cemetery.

Mr. Bunt died Sept. 26 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of St. Clair County and he served in the U.S. Navy where he had two deployments to Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Etta Mae Bunt.

Bice, Erdie Jane Jackson, d.1928

Died on June 8, 1928, Mrs. Erdie Bice, wife of James W. Bice. Funeral services were held Saturday at Friendship, Revs. Bert McClendon and C. J. Donahoo officiating.  She leaves a husband and 3 small children to mourn her passing.
