The following census list for Fayette County, GA is transcribed from two sources--the microfilmed census in the GA Dept. of Archives and History (copied by Ware Callaway for this project) as well as CD 152, GA 1840-1845 Census, Fayette Co., GA, 1994 by Automated Archives, Inc. There are some minor differences, so all names from both lists are included here in alphabetical order.
