DORMAN, JAMES A., Jr.

DORMAN, JAMES A., Jr., age 83, of Pinson, Alabama. Born March 2, 1923 to the
late James Alfred, Sr. and Estelle Hallmark Dorman. He passed away on November
8, 2006. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Gayle Dorman; son,
Richard Dorman; and brother, Donald Dorman.

He is survived by his sons, Lynn (Sharon) Dorman of Panama City, FL, Wayne
(Sherry) Dorman and Barry (Susan) Dorman of Pinson; and his daughter, Brenda
(Jesse) Hauskins of Hendersonville, TN.

DORMAN, IRA E., age 84, of Adamsville, died September 23, 1999. A retired switchman with Southern Railroad. Funeral services Saturday, September 25, at 2 pm. Gardendale Chapel with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. Rev. Terry Williams officiating. Visitation Friday, September 24, 6 pm to 8 pm at Gardendale Chapel. Survivors: Sisters, Zadie Dorman Williams and Etta D. Farley.

BETTY COOLEY DORMAN, of Guntersville, died June 23, 2000, at her residence. She grew up in Jefferson County, attended Bradford, Mortimore Jordan, and graduated from West Jefferson High School. She was a cheerleader and honor student and received her degree from the University of Oklahoma. She retired from the US Army Missile Command as a Supervisory Procurement Analyst. She is survived by daughers, Deborah Hinton and Lisa Britton; son, Tyrus, Jr; sisters, Dot Mays and Rhonda Gravlee; one half brother, John Cooley, Jr.
