Howard H. Lucas, 59, of Jacksonville, Fla, who died Friday, was a Montgomery native and had lived in Jacksonville eight years. He was an employee of Bethlehem Steel and a veteran of World Warr II. Funeral will be at 3 pm Monday at Roebuck Chapel, with burial in Forest Hill. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Melanie Morgan and Miss Karen Lucas, both of Jacksonville, Fla; a son, Charles H. Lucas, Atlanta;his mother Mrs. Ida Hall Lucas, and his father Howard Lucas.

Mrs. Cordie Lee McCulley, 86, of Abernant, who died Saturday, was a native of Bibb County. She lived in Abernant 20 years. Funeral will be at 11 am Monday at Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood. She is survived by four daughters Mrs. Charley Buck, Abernant; Mrs. Ernest Reid, Anniston; Mrs. Howard Lucas and Mrs. J. H. Splawn, both of Birmingham; two sons, T. E. McCulley, Montevallo, and J. C. McCulley, Lipscomb, and two sisters, Mrs. Callie Dailey, Birmingham, and Mrs. Nellie Reach, Calera.

Funeral services Wednesdy, 2:30 pm, Baptist Church West Blocton. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Collins Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Eva Lou Splawn, 65, of 921 Seventh Place SW who died Tuesday, was a native of Bibb County and had lived in Birmingham 25 years. She was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. Funeral will be at 2 pm Thursday at Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood. Survivors include her husband, Hoye Splawn; a daughter, Mrs. Carol Hill, Hartselle; two sons, Dale and Dalton Splawn, both of Birmingham, two brothers, Teamon McCulley, Montevallo, J. C.
