Ellen Jones a minor, it is ordered that Reuben Ellis be hereby appointed guardian to represent said minor.
William Hicks deceased left as his heirs and distributees the following persons, to wit:
Elizabeth Hicks, widow of deceased, Cynthia Welch, Eliza Jones, William N. Hicks, Lile? Grubs?, Jonas? M. Hicks, E. A Smith, M. F?. Dutton, Ferba L. Hicks, intermarried with Mitchell Kelly, Benjamin F. Hicks, M. T. Hicks, Joseph H. Hicks and Mary Hicks and Ellen Jones
